Up to 200 guests, configurable for seated dinners, standing receptions and full productions.

What are your operating hours?+

Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by reservation only.

What is the minimum booking time?+

Four hours minimum for daytime and evening bookings.

How does pricing work?+

Transparent hourly rates for daytime and evening, with custom pricing for late night. Every event is quoted individually based on scale, staffing and requests.

Parking+

Multiple garages within a two‑block radius on Broadway, 28th and 29th Streets. Details shared on quote confirmation.

Accessibility+

Accessibility details available on request — please note any requirements when submitting your quote.

Outside Catering+

Preferred catering partners available; outside catering considered on approval.

Alcohol Policy+

Full bar on premises with dedicated staffing. External alcohol arrangements considered upon request.

Decorations+

Custom decor welcomed; nothing that damages walls, ceilings or floors. Load‑in / load‑out coordinated with our team.

Security+

Security staffing available and, for certain events, required. Included in your bespoke quote.

Cancellation Policy+

Full cancellation policy shared upon quote acceptance and confirmed in the booking agreement.
